I’m sure my sister-in-law’s yaya could benefit from a workshop such as this. Although her yaya is taking care of her 9-month old baby, I’m sure there’ll be plenty of valuable things that she could learn from this enriching event.

  4. Rochkirstin says:

Yayas will be glad to attend this event as this only happens once in a blue moon for them. Household owners should endorse their helpers to these educational trainings to boost their morale.

wow.. this is cool. in this way, yayas or caregivers are given an importance here! :D

  6. Noks Sosa says:

This is a great workshop for yayas. They will learn a lot on how to take care of the kids. As the kids’ second parents I agree that developmental stages should be taught to yayas properly understand the behavior their alagas.

Nice, this is a good way of educating caregivers and yaya. They will also feel that their work is important.

This is a must for parents with guardians who usually look for the welfare of their kids whenever both parents are away from work. This would also make them (guardians) feel that their role is very important as well.

Great one share teacher and idol IA. I just wished many will participate and bring their YAYA at this workshop. Kudos to Ms. Ginger Palma Arboleda for organizing such one of a kind event.

  16. It’s about time that that home care-giving especially to children with special needs gets to be professionalized by education. This is not only for the benefit of “yayas” but also their wards and the parents.

  17. Rossel says:

That’s a great seminar that will benefit both the nannies and employers. Though most nannies are experienced, still many of them lack the proper training on child care.
